KM Ranks First Overall in the Daily Bread Law Firm Challenge

Koskie Minsky is currently participating in the Daily Bread Food Bank Law Firm Challenge. After the first week Koskie Minsky ranked 1st of 38 law firms, raising more money than any other firm. The Law firm challenge is the single largest corporate fundraising event for the daily bread food bank. Last year 38 law firms participated to raise $271,645.00.
Daily Bread supplies 13 million pounds of emergency food to people across the GTA through over 1 million food bank visits annually. Children account for 35% of Daily Bread’s clients. So far this year, there has been a 17% increase in food bank visits compared to last year. This number is expected to be closer to 20% for the second half of the year.
